Monthly Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Raw Pet Co. (ABN 45 101 083 890, 4/30 Bells Line of Road, North Richmond, NSW, Australia, 2754.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of Raw Pet Co. and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements

  • Entrants must have made a qualifying purchase or hold an active subscription with Raw Pet Co. in the month of entry.
  • A qualifying purchase means any order with a total value of $50 or more (excluding shipping).
  • Entrants must also be subscribed to Raw Pet Co.’s marketing email list at the time of the draw to be eligible.

4. Entry Method

  • All qualifying orders and active subscriptions for the month will be automatically entered into that month’s draw, provided the customer is also a current email subscriber.
  • No additional entry form is required unless otherwise stated.
  • Entries close at 11:59pm AEST on the last day of each month.

5. Prize Details

  • The prize is a Raw Pet Co. gift card equal to the total paid for the qualifying order (excluding shipping fees).
  • Gift card is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be used on any Raw Pet Co. products online.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be drawn at random within 3 business days of the entry period closing.
  • Winner will be notified via email and announced on Raw Pet Co.’s social media pages.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a redraw will take place.

7. General Conditions

  • Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
  • By entering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to Raw Pet Co. using your first name and the first initial of your surname for winner announcements.
  • Raw Pet Co. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise outside of its control.
