Subscription FAQs
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts.
You can pause, skip, change products, adjust delivery frequency or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. Your subscription is designed to support long-term raw feeding — without restricting your flexibility.
There is no minimum order for delivery. To qualify for free delivery your order must total $100 or more.
We have specific delivery areas for our meat and bones, as they are shipped using cold freight.
To check if we can deliver to your area, simply enter your suburb in our Feeding Quiz or verify at checkout.
Currently, we are delivering only within New South Wales and Queensland, but we plan to expand our delivery service to additional states in the near future.
Delivery typically takes 7 to 10 days after you place your order, depending on your location. A delivery calendar at the checkout will allow you to select which date you would like your order to arrive.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout. All accepted payments are listed in the footer of our website. However if you're unsure, please reach out via our Contact page and we'd be happy to confirm for you.
All Raw Pet Co. orders are transported in refrigerated vans to maintain safe food handling standards from dispatch to delivery.
Your order is:
- Packed in insulated packaging
- Secured with ice packs
- Shipped via refrigerated transport
- Delivered frozen or chilled and ready for immediate storage
This cold-chain process helps maintain optimal product temperature and freshness during transit.
Because deliveries are transported in refrigerated vehicles and packed with insulation and ice packs, products are protected throughout transit.
Upon arrival, they are typically frozen solid or chilled and safe for immediate storage. The insulated packaging provides a temperature buffer, but we always recommend unpacking as soon as reasonably possible.
Because raw pet food is a perishable product, we recommend placing deliveries somewhere shaded and retrieving them as soon as possible.
Thanks to insulated packaging, ice packs and refrigerated transport:
- Orders typically arrive frozen or well chilled
- In mild weather conditions, products can generally remain safely unrefrigerated for several hours
- In warmer conditions, we recommend unpacking within 1–2 hours where possible
As these are raw meat products, they should be refrigerated or frozen promptly upon arrival to maintain food safety and nutritional integrity.
If products are still cold to the touch and partially frozen, they can be safely stored in your freezer.
Help FAQs
If you notice multiple shipping charges on your subscription order, please double-check that all items are set to be delivered on the same frequency (e.g., every 4 weeks, every 8 weeks).
If your products are set to different delivery frequencies, Shopify - the platform through which Raw Pet Co. operates - will treat each as a separate order, which can result in multiple shipping fees. Unfortunately, this is a limitation of the platform and cannot be avoided at the moment.
To ensure a single shipping charge, simply adjust your subscription so that all items are delivered at the same frequency (for example, every 8 weeks).

We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order (excluding fresh/frozen products). We’re happy to provide an exchange or store credit, but please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections as per Australian Consumer Law.
