Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Raw Pet Co., operated by Raw Pet Co. Pty Ltd (ABN 45 101 083 890), located in Australia (“Promoter”).

This promotion is conducted in collaboration with Proudi Pty Ltd (“Promotional Partner”).

2. Competition Period

The competition opens at 9:00am AEDT on Friday 6 February 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Friday 20 February 2026 (“Competition Period”).

Entries received outside of the Competition Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

  • Are Australian residents

  • Are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry

  • Have a valid email address

Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter or Promotional Partner are not eligible to enter.

Immediate family includes spouses, de facto partners, parents, children, siblings, and household members.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, eligible entrants must, during the Competition Period:

  • Submit their email address via the official competition entry form hosted on the Raw Pet Co. website.

Each valid email submission constitutes one (1) entry into the competition.

  • Limit: One entry per person / per email address

  • Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid

No purchase is required to enter.

5. Discount Code for Entrants

Each valid entrant will receive a 10% discount code redeemable on Proudi products purchased via the Raw Pet Co. website.

  • The discount code will be delivered via email after the competition has concluded

  • The discount code is single-use, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash

  • The discount code cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless expressly stated

  • The Promoter reserves the right to apply exclusions or expiry dates

6. Prize Details

Major Prize

There will be one (1) major prize winner, who will receive:

  • A selection of Proudi raw food products valued at $150 AUD

  • A curated selection of Raw Pet Co. raw products, which will include either:

    • a Raw Pet Co. Raw Starter Sampler bundle, or

    • a Raw Pet Co. Cat Enrichment bundle, at the winner’s choice

Runner-Up Prizes

There will be two (2) runner-up winners, who will each receive the following:

  • 1st Runner-Up:
    One (1) Raw Pet Co. Raw Starter Sampler bundle, or alternatively, a Raw Pet Co. Cat Enrichment bundle, at the runner-up winner’s choice

  • 2nd Runner-Up:
    One (1) $50 Raw Pet Co. digital gift card

Additional Prize Information

  • The specific products and quantities included in each prize will be determined by the Promoter prior to prize fulfilment

  • Prizes are subject to availability

  • Digital gift cards are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used in accordance with Raw Pet Co.’s standard gift card terms

7. Prize Conditions

  • All prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, except where expressly stated.

  • The $50 Raw Pet Co. digital gift card is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable, and must be used in accordance with Raw Pet Co.’s standard gift card terms and conditions.

  • Where a prize includes a choice between a Raw Pet Co. Raw Starter Sampler bundle or a Raw Pet Co. Cat Enrichment bundle, the winner must nominate their preferred option within the timeframe specified by the Promoter. If no selection is made within that timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select the bundle on the winner’s behalf.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component with an item of equal or greater value if necessary due to availability or circumstances beyond its control.

  • Prizes are subject to availability and may vary from any images or descriptions used in promotional materials.

  • The Promoter and Promotional Partner accept no responsibility for any adverse reaction, health issue, or outcome arising from the use of raw food products included in the prize.

  • Winners are responsible for ensuring their pet is suitable for raw feeding prior to use of any prize products.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected via random draw from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

  • The draw will take place within 5 business days of the competition closing.

  • The major prize winner and runner-up winners will be contacted via email and/or direct message using the details provided at the time of entry.

  • The first name and/or Instagram handle of the winner(s) may be announced on Raw Pet Co. and Proudi Instagram feeds and stories on Wednesday 25 February 2026.

If any winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the unclaimed prize.

9. Prize Fulfilment

  • Prizes will be dispatched within 1–2 weeks of winner confirmation

  • Delivery is limited to Australian addresses only

  • The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside its control

10. Privacy and Marketing Communications

By submitting an entry, entrants acknowledge and agree that:

  • Their personal information will be collected by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the competition

  • By submitting the entry form, entrants expressly consent to receiving marketing communications from both Raw Pet Co. and Proudi, including product updates, educational content, and promotional offers

  • Marketing communications may be sent via email

  • Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each communication

  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and each brand’s respective Privacy Policy

11. Liability and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Promoter and Promotional Partner are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in the competition or acceptance or use of the prize

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law

12. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms

  • The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control arise

  • The Promoter’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into

13. Meta Platforms Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., including Facebook or Instagram.

By entering, entrants release Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, and Instagram from any responsibility or liability associated with this promotion.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
